Services and Fees

Executive Search Services
  • Week 1: Kick off  including assessing the position, culture & developing the job description and strategy
  • Weeks 2-4: Candidate identification and recruiting discussions begin
  • End of Week 4: One month progress report with client; client & candidate interviews begin
  • Weeks 5-8: Recruiting activity continues as well as client interviews with top candidates; detailed references are checked
  • Weeks 9-11: Candidate selection activity including engaging backup candidates; final offer negotiations & candidate mentoring to close the deal
Fees
  • We offer a value-added flat fee pricing model with zero administrative fees paid in three equal installments during the search process
