  • If a great match, both parties may be able to reach an agreement for a best fit company position
  • Innovative, efficient and cost-friendly method to recruit “A” candidates
  • If a company position is offered and accepted, the company agrees to pay 12.5% of the first year total cash compensation of the new employee to Salvatore Balistreri Executive Search Consulting
