Talent Acquisition Manager
Colleen Seeley serves as Manager of Talent Acquisition for the firm. She has a strong background in relationship building, employment branding and online advertising. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in College Station. Colleen met her husband when she moved back to Austin after college, where they have created a wonderful life with their two children. Out of the office you will find her volunteering at the school or in other ways to make a positive impact in her community. She is very excited to bring her passion for people and knack for identifying top talent to this outstanding team!
Jillian Johnston-Hines
Talent Acquisition Manager
Jillian Johnston-Hines serves as Manager of Talent Acquisition for the firm. She has a strong background in business and research, and truly enjoys connecting people in a way that benefits everyone, which makes her the perfect addition to the team. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Theater Studies and has been back in Austin since 2023. In between, she met her husband in Los Angeles, moved to Atlanta where she ran a commercial casting company and had a son.The return to Texas was prompted by the desire to be closer to her family who are in the DFW area and also in Austin. She loves her new community, and is excited to contribute to this phenomenal team!
Michelle Smead

Michelle Smead has a longstanding collaboration with Salvatore Balistreri, having worked together at a top 5 global executive search consulting firm. Michelle is known for establishing deep client relationships and bringing top talent to their senior level roles. Her background combines leading corporate executive talent acquisition and 25 years of executive search consulting. Clients value her business acumen and candidate culture alignment skills. She is dedicated to her clients’ success and loves the benefits of continuous learning and problem solving.
Sector experience include Manufacturing, Financial Services, Family-Owned Enterprises/Private Equity, and Non-profit. Moreover, Michelle is known for her expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She founded the Diversity Executive Search Practice at A.T. Kearney Executive Search where she also served on the Global Diversity Council. She has spoken and presented white papers to a variety of audiences.
Most recently, Michelle was with Korn Ferry/Patina Solutions in Chicago where she helped build the executive search practice. She also dedicates time to assisting those who are in the job market. She is active outside professional and charitable organizations such as serving on the Board of Klout, LLC, a venture backed insurance brokerage firm, the Boards of the Women’s International Forum, and the Kellogg Alumni Association. She has been the recipient of an Award for Excellence and Philanthropy Award for her outstanding achievements in the field of executive search and overall contribution to the community.
Michelle is originally from Colorado and built her career in Chicago, IL. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, walking nature trails and Pilates.
