I am often asked about what “soft” skills are needed to be successful in most interviews. Very old fashioned stuff but energy, enthusiasm, confidence and a collaborative personality go a long way in interviewing for any position. Besides this, my recommendation is to do three things in an interview: connect, connect, connect. Companies have to first feel your passion for what you do but also have to feel very comfortable with who you are. This is an old school formula that still works.
